Why Sol & Arbor

Human design, on your terms.

Your schedule, not ours

We meet you virtually, on your time (evenings, weekends, lunch breaks). No rushing home from work, no all-day waiting window, no one tracking mud through your house. Expert design from your own couch.

Real US-based designers, never AI

Your plan is drawn by a US-based landscape designer with real history in the field, someone who has specified plants, drawn grading, and lit gardens for years. Considered and human, not an AI-generated template.

Questions, answered

Before you start.

What is the difference between the plans?

Every plan is a complete, contractor-ready design. Higher tiers add photorealistic 3D renders, a live design call, and more revision rounds. Pick the level of visualization and support you want.

Do you install the landscaping?

No, we design it. Every plan is a builder-ready package you can install yourself or hand to any landscaper or contractor you choose. You control the budget, the timeline, and the crew.

Do I need to be home, and how do consultations work?

No. Your consultation happens online over video at a time you pick, evenings and weekends included. There is no waiting around for a service window and no one shows up at your door.

Is my designer a real person?

Yes. A named, US-based landscape designer with real experience is assigned to your project and draws your plan. We use technology for convenience, not to replace the designer.

How long until I get my plan?

Most plans are ready in about one to two weeks, depending on the plan level and project size.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. Many homeowners start with Foundation and upgrade once they see the direction. We credit what you have already paid toward the higher plan.
